Dr. Princess Porter-Fowler, a second-generation chiropractor, proudly continues her father’s legacy, offering over 20 years of dedicated care to the Spartanburg community.

Dr. Princess believes in personalized care, recognizing that each patient’s health journey is unique. Certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and the Thompson Technique Academy, she specializes in family and pediatric chiropractic care. Since joining the practice in 2003, she has become a trusted provider and advocate for holistic health.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Princess is an Associate Professor at Sherman College of Chiropractic and was honored as Faculty Member of the Year in 2020. Her warm and welcoming personality ensures a comfortable and inviting environment for all patients.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Princess enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and embracing life’s adventures. She feels a deep connection to Spartanburg, where she grew up and now serves with pride, saying, “Home is where my heart and hands serve.”
